Mike is certifed by the State Bar of Arizona as a Certified Real Estate Specialist. His practice includes real estate and commercial transactions and development, loan transactions and workouts, business entity formations, real estate litigation and administrative proceedings before various state regulatory and licensing agencies. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office from 1997 to 2001, in which capacity he represented various state agencies including the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the Department of Financial Institutions, and the Department of Insurance. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Real Property and Business Law Sections. He has published various articles in the Real Estate Journal published by the State Bar of Arizona, and in the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, and teaches real estate transaction and investment classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. Mike has been named in the 2007 through 2010 lists of Southwest Super Lawyers.
