Mrs. Wilson is also a licensed real estate agent. Practice: Mrs. Wilson’s areas of practice include civil litigation, real estate, construction defects, homeowner associations, loan fraud, appraiser liability and defense counsel in a variety insurance cases. Member: State Bar of Arizona; Maricopa County Bar Association; and District of Columbia Bar. Lectures: Mrs. Wilson has taught Real Estate Law as an Adjunct Faculty of Phoenix College since 1997 and occasionally probate law and she has been on the faculty for continuing education real estate law seminars, including Mold is Gold. Mrs. Wilson also teaches classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business Publications: Mrs. Wilson has published articles in the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business since 2000, and is a contributing author of the Arizona Business Law Deskbook, 2007-2008 editon, Vol. 9A.
